Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when payment is confirmed and the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of stock error, pricing error, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST at 5% on sarees. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
Products
Our sarees are handwoven; slight variations in colour, weave, and finish are inherent to handloom craft and are not defects. Screen colours may vary from the actual product.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — imagery, copy, and design — is owned by Triveni Silk and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
