Triveni Silk was founded by Akhil Kaushik on a single belief: that India’s handloom weaves deserve a place in every modern wardrobe, and that the artisans behind them deserve a fair, lasting livelihood. A first-generation entrepreneur with no family business to inherit — only a determination to build one — Akhil brings together handwoven sarees from India’s great weaving traditions under one roof: Banarasi, Kanjivaram, Jamdani, Chanderi, Paithani, Patola, Bomkai, and Pochampally.

What started as a single storefront has grown through word of mouth, repeat customers, and a simple promise kept every time. Every piece we carry is genuinely handwoven — never a mass-produced imitation — and our pricing stays straightforward.
The craft
Each weave in our atlas has its own loom, its own signature, and its own rhythm — from the kadhua brocade of Banarasi to the korvai borders of Kanjivaram and the supplementary-weft buti of Jamdani. Slight irregularities are the fingerprint of the hand, not a flaw.
